Andreas Munzel ist Universitätsprofessor für Marketing an der Universität Toulouse Capitole (Toulouse School of Management, TSM) und Mitglied der Forschungsgruppe TSM Research.

Andreas Munzels Forschung zu sozialen Interaktionen in Online-Umgebungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Online-Mundpropaganda (insbes. Kundenbewertungen), Sozialkapital und Interaktionen in sozialen Medien sowie auf den von Big Data getriebenen Marketingkompetenzen von Unternehmen ist in wissenschaftlichen Zeitschriften wie Recherche et Applications en Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Interactive Marketing und International Journal of Electronic Commerce veröffentlicht.

TRAINER

Als internationaler Management-Trainer verbindet Andreas ständig Forschung und Praxis in den Bereichen Marketing, Finanzen und Data Analytics.

Seit 2015 ist Andreas als Senior Management Trainer bei der Horváth Akademie GmbH (Horváth & Partners) für Einsätze in Europa, Asien und Nordamerika tätig, und seit 2020 als Marketing Tutor bei Unilever. Im Januar 2021 startete er die Online-Kursplattform The Marketing Analytics Academy.

REFERENT

Als Experte für digitales Marketing und Strategien wird Andreas regelmäßig als Referent zu Veranstaltungen für Praktiker eingeladen.

 

Seine Vorträge decken die positiven und negativen Seiten im digitalen und analogen Leben des Einzelnen ab und behandeln Themen wie Täuschung auf dem Markt, die digitale Transformation von Gesellschaft und Unternehmen, Datenschutzbedenken der Konsumenten und das gemeinsame Leben in der Smart City.
