Why I Teach:
From theory to teaching and learning
As an academic, I believe that the role of education is not only to impart knowledge but also to equip learners with the skills and tools they need to succeed in their careers. This requires a pedagogical approach that blends theory and practice in a meaningful and relevant way, allowing learners to see the connections between abstract concepts and real-world applications. My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that the best way to achieve this is through innovative learning experiences that provide students with hands-on opportunities to apply what they’ve learned in a practical setting.
My teaching philosophy integrates academic rigor and practical application to offer a well-rounded and effective learning experience. As an educator, I aim to empower students and professionals to contribute meaningfully to their respective fields. I have trained learners at various levels, from first-year bachelor students to senior-level marketers and managers. I have facilitated company in-house workshops in Europe, the US, Africa, and Asia. Working with diverse audiences has helped me increase awareness and adjustability in my programs. Sharing my expertise with people worldwide has also made education accessible and more inclusive to many learners in different countries.
